Return Eligibility
We accept returns for most items within 30 days from the date of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:
The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
The item is not a personalized or customized product (these are final sales).
The item is not part of our non-returnable category, including certain health & beauty items, perishable goods, or clearance items.
Note: Because we work with multiple suppliers, return policies may vary based on the product and supplier. Please check your order confirmation email for specific return instructions.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at Bronztree@Gmail.com or through our Contact Us page. Be sure to include:
Your order number and email address
The reason for your return
Any relevant photos of the item if it is damaged or defective.
Once your return request is reviewed, we will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization (if applicable). You will be responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 7–14 business days for your refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.
Defective/Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt for a full refund or replacement. We will cover the return shipping costs for defective or damaged items.
Incorrect Items
If you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, and we will cover the return shipping costs.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
Personalized or customized products
Items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable”
Health, beauty, or hygiene products (if opened)
Perishable goods (such as food or flowers)
Gift cards and digital products

Return Shipping
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Original Shipping
Shipping charges for your original order are non-refundable, except in cases where we’ve made an error in fulfilling your order.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled only before they have been processed and shipped. Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel your order, and we will do our best to assist you.
Damaged or Lost Items
If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. Please note that in some cases, the carrier may require you to file a claim directly with them.
